Why waste time worrying about bills when you could be… studying? Or meeting like-minded friends. Or exploring your new city. We’ll keep it simple by taking care of the bills, while you take care of living your best uni life. Deal?
And with high-speed broadband in all of our buildings, you’ll never struggle to get connected for your assignments, and Netflix will stream as smoothly as the drinks flow in the local bars. Which, thanks to the prime location of all our accommodation, are never too far away.

Oh, and if you’re in town visiting your uni, drop in and say hi… we’re close to the main campuses and we’d love to show you around.
Bramall Court is our student residence in Salford, just outside Manchester city centre. The University of Salford’s Adelphi campus is a five-minute walk from our front door, and the main campus is around a 12-minute walk. Our building is a 15-floor development with 346 bed spaces in total.
You have three options when it comes to choosing your room: standard, large, or extra large. You’ll be in a shared apartment with between two and four bedrooms – ideal for socialising and making friends, but also with enough privacy to chill out and study on your own whenever you want or need to. As well as the co-living spaces with your shared apartment, you’ll also have access to a laundry room and a communal lounge. Other perks include a 24-hour security service, plus a resident’s parking permit if you have a car.Find out more
Don’t let the name fool you: inside you’ll find modern, cleanly decorated spaces that are ideal for student living, with different options to suit different tastes and needs. In summer 2017, we completed a £3 million refurbishment project to breathe new life into this lovely listed building, with 409 rooms for you to choose from.
Outside of your apartment, you’ll have access to communal facilities: a bright and spacious common room with a big TV, comfy seats, vending machines, and even a full-size pool table and ping-pong tables. The Old Mill is in Dundee City Centre, putting you within a six- or seven-minute walk from the University of Dundee and Abertay University campuses, and around the same distance from the shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee shops, and live music venues.Find out more

“I’ve lived in The Old Mill, Dundee for 4 years now. Since Mears Student Life have taken over there have been a few teething problems as can be seen in a few previous reviews but these have been resolved, which is good. Baring in mind these problems are going to be inevitable when taking on such a large accommodation. The accommodation itself is already looking better since they’ve came along and I look forward to seeing how it looks when complete.
They are eager to find out what the students want and the office staff are a great laugh. Flats are spot on for the price, far cheaper than any others in Dundee also which is a bonus. The Old Mill is quite a social accommodation, especially around start of term.
I would highly recommend staying in The Old Mill, Dundee!”
